Founded in 2013, by historian, Christopher R Evans, we set out to create the Blighty commonwealth of cafes.
We celebrate the relationships between Britain and the 52 commonwealth countries via the mediums of breakfast, coffee and community. To date we have created Blighty UK (Finsbury Park) and Blighty India (Tottenham).
Our aims are:
To create a Blighty commonwealth of cafes – 52 cafes in total and 1 from each member country of the commonwealth.
To celebrate Britain and its relationship with all the commonwealth countries via the mediums of full English breakfasts, speciality coffee and community spirit
